In 1989, Zhao Fen Di, the chairman of Tengfa Company, was involved in the construction machinery industry, selling various types of construction machinery.

In 1996, Chairman Zhao Fen Di and his partners established a company, accumulating rich experience in the production and sales of tower cranes and construction elevators.

In April 2007, preparations were made to establish Taizhou Tengfa Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in the Yingshen Road, Hailing Industrial Park, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company was officially registered in November. In December, the self-developed QTZ40(4808) model was launched.

In October 2009, the construction of the factory was initiated, relocating to Xingye Road in Hailing Industrial Park (expanding the area to 20,000 square meters), achieving full control over the entire process of research and development, production, and sales.

In August 2010, refined production was realized, equipped with a professional fully automatic robotic welding production line. Research and development of heavy-duty tower cranes over 315 tons began.

In 2014, the sales volume exceeded 200 million yuan, and the company was renamed to Jiangsu Tengfa Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.

In May 2015, the production scale was expanded (the area was increased to 50,000 square meters).

In 2017, it became a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and simultaneously established marketing branches in various countries and regions.

In 2018, the company introduced a fully automatic powder coating production line and a laser cutting machine, which ensured the stability and reliability of the products from a technical standpoint.

In 2019, the sales volume exceeded 300 million yuan.

In 2020, it became a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

In 2022, it became a technology-oriented small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
